金色摇篮潜能教育机构是由中美联合培养的儿童心理学博士、儿童发展专家程跃先生于1994年创办的以脑科学为基础，以儿童身心健康、理想发展为中心，以""群体普通儿童超常发展""为主题，面向21世纪的全程（婴幼儿、小学、中学、高中）一体化教学改革的教研、教学机构。其前身为北京东方剑桥教育开发中心。到2002年4月，金色摇篮已由一所智力开发中心发展为拥有三所直营园、十余所加盟园、一所占地千亩的地球家园环保学校、一所新投入使用的全程超越实验学校等实体的多元化教育机构。在园幼儿和在校学生近千人，教职员工人数约400
